How we work

Designing

According to customer needs, designers draw shoe styles and develop technical requirements

Material selection

Select the appropriate leather, fabric, rubber and other raw materials, using the cutting machine to accurately cut out the upper parts and soles

Wheel sewing

Each part of the cut upper is stitched into shape, including the inner, upper and trim, to form a preliminary shoe body structure

Gluing

Apply glue to the upper, paste the cushioning midsole material, and combine with the wear-resistant rubber outsole

Last fixed shape

The stitched upper is put on the shoe last, and the shoe is operated by the machine to keep the correct shape

Assemble

Install laces, logo tags, insoles and other accessories for final work
